Primär conflict ich im Allgemeinen Sozialen Dienst (ASD) tätig, in dem meine sehr erfahrene und kompetente Anleiterin seit über 20 Jahren arbeitet. Ebenfalls sehr bedeutend für mich conflict es, möglichst viele verschiedene und vielschichtige Fälle und Problemlagen des Klientel kennenzulernen, um in der eigenen beruflichen Praxis etwas vorbereiteter zu sein, das Kernproblem auf Grund bereits gemachter Erfahrungen schneller identifizieren zu können, dadurch schneller und effektiver zu intervenieren, um die richtige Hilfe und einen individuellen Hilfeplan anbieten zu können.
Mich interessierte auch das Spannungsfeld zwischen Mensch und Bürokratie. So wollte ich herausfinden, ob durch den hohen bürokratisch-dokumentativen Arbeitsaufwand eines Jugendamtes, der hilfebedürftige Mensch in seiner Ohnmacht wirklich im Fokus der Arbeit steht, oder ob er mit seinen oft multiplen Problemen einfach „abgefertigt“ wird, wie am Mc force bei Mc Donalds, da viele Ämter mit diesem Klischee behaftet sind.
