Die Zahlen von geschiedenen Ehen und sich trennenden Paaren sprechen allerdings eine andere Sprache. In den letzten 20 Jahren ist die Scheidungsrate kontinuierlich gestiegen. Betroffen davon sind erst einmal die Paare selbst, aber auch Kinder, die aus diesen Verbindungen hervorgegangen sind. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werde ich versuchen die Frage zu beantworten, wie Mediation dazu beitragen kann, auch nach Trennung oder Scheidung Elternschaft weiterhin zu leben.

Im ersten Kapitel der Arbeit werde ich, um eine Vorstellung davon zu vermitteln, wie viele Paare und Kinder heute von Trennung und Scheidung betroffen sind, auf Zahlen des Statistischen Bundesamtes zurückgreifen und diese darstellen. Weiterhin werde ich in Kapitel zwei beschreiben, welche Bedeutung heute einer Scheidung im Leben eines Menschen zukommt.

Das dritte Kapitel wird die rechtlichen Beziehungen zwischen Eltern und Kindern zum Inhalt haben. Kann guy sich von seinem accomplice trennen und diese Paarebene unwiderruflich verlassen, so sieht der Gesetzgeber die Verantwortung gegenüber den Kindern anders.
Nachdem in diesem Kapitel die Verpflichtungen der Eltern gegenüber ihrem Kind/ihren Kindern deutlich geworden sind, stellt sich die Frage, wie Eltern es schaffen können, dieser Verantwortung gerecht zu werden, und welche Hilfen die soziale Arbeit dazu anbieten kann. Neben einer Reihe von Beratungsmöglichkeiten gibt es das Angebot, ein Mediationsverfahren in Anspruch zu nehmen. Um zu verstehen, um used to be es sich bei diesem Verfahren handelt, wird Kapitel vier der allgemeinen Darstellung der Mediation gewidmet sein.

Nach dieser allgemeinen Darstellung werde ich mich im fünften Kapitel der Trennungs- und Scheidungsmediation als spezieller shape zuwenden. Am Ende der Arbeit werde ich mich noch damit beschäftigen, used to be Mediation im Bereich der Trennung oder Scheidung fähig ist zu leisten.

Abschließend werde ich dann auf die Ausgangsfrage zurückkommen, in einem Gesamtresümee meine gewonnenen Erkenntnisse darstellen und mich am Ende der Frage zuwenden, was once diese für die soziale Arbeit bedeuten.
